Ode To Sunset Monthly Digest for November, 2015

Wendt interviews Chris Salas, Nora White’s hot new literary sensation and author of The Third Brain, over dinner at the fabulous Washbag on Powell Street.  The interview becomes fluid when they adjourn to the bar and the celebrated author springs for more drinks. However, the drunker Salas gets the more he seems to resent his success.  A few days later, Wendt finds himself inexplicably drawn to the big Penumbroi poetry happening at the Reed Hotel, now in the initial stages of demolition south of Market Street.
